• Should I Mention This in My Cover Letter?

  I have just been laid off in a company where I worked for 4 years and was laid off due to changes in the business and it's management. The restructuring affected about 36 of us and turned us back to the labour market.
  
  Now I'm preparing new cover letters and CV. Should I mention in my cover letter that I have just been laid off?
